Man United target Willian proved he still has Chelsea future vs Watford

After clinching the Premier League title last Friday night, Chelsea are in party mode – that party being a seven-goal thriller against Watford at Stamford Bridge. Blues fans and neutrals were treated to a real goal-fest on Monday evening, a rotated Chelsea side going 3-1 up before allowing Watford to level and eventually pushing themselves over the line via a late Cesc Fabregas winner.
At the heart of the action was attacking midfielder Willian, who has been forced to endure a reduced role in Chelsea’s title bid since Antonio Conte brought in his 3-4-3 system.
The industrious Brazilian has made just 14 Premier League starts this season, which has cast doubts over his future. The Independent recently described him as Jose Mourinho’s ideal winger signing for the summer, and The Sun claim the former Blues boss

SPORTS:The clash of clans of Mancity and Man united match yesterday

Marouane Fellaini was sent off for headbutting Sergio Aguero as Manchester City and Manchester United fought out an attritional goalless draw at Etihad Stadium to leave their hopes of a place in the Premier League's top four still in the balance.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will be the happier after they extended their unbeaten league run to 24 games, a feat achieved without Fellaini in the closing stages after he was dismissed for a senseless headbutt on Aguero.

Apple Is Investigating An iPhone 7 Plus That Caught On Fire

Recently a teenager named Brianna Olivas posted a video (warning: explicit) of her cracked rose gold iPhone 7 Plus with smoke spewing out the side of the device. Olivas said that the iPhone 7 Plus exploded on Wednesday morning and her boyfriend caught the incident on video. The video of the iPhone 7 Plus smoking after the explosion has been seen about 1.3 million times so far, according to Mashable. Here is a screenshot of the tweet that Olivas posted on Twitter following the incident
It is unclear why the iPhone 7 Plus combusted and started smoking from the side, but it most likely had something to do with the lithium ion battery inside of the device. Olivas confirmed that she always used her authentic Apple charger and did not use any knockoff adapters. In the past, other iPhone models caught on fire due to knockoff adapters. However, many Twitter commenters are speculating that it may have had something to do with the case she was using on her device. Apple said it was investigating the matter and told Mashable: "We are in touch with the customer and looking into it."

Olivas told Mashable that she bought the iPhone 7 Plus from the Sprint store in January. And then it stopped powering on recently so she took it to the Apple Store on Tuesday. The Apple Store employees ran some tests and then it started working normally again. But her iPhone 7 Plus ended up catching on fire the very next day. Here is how Olivas describes what happened:

The next morning I was asleep with my phone charging next to my head, my boyfriend grabbed the phone and put it on the dresser. He went the the [sic] restroom ... and from the corner of his eye he saw my phone steaming and [heard] a squealing noise. By the time he got over to the phone it had already caught fire, he quickly grabbed the phone and threw it in the restroom ... as soon as he threw it in the restroom is [sic] blew up and more smoke started coming out of the phone.

What Trump needs to build his 'Giant Wall'

President Trump has promised to build his "giant wall," but it will take a lot of help to make it a reality.

Trump said he will lay out his plans Wednesday to build a border wall along the nation's southwest border with Mexico, a campaign pledge that became so popular with his supporters that they regularly chanted "Build that wall" at rallies.

Now that he's in the White House, Trump can make some moves on his own and possibly start construction, but finishing the wall will require a big assist from Congress.

Trump tweets 'we will build the wall'

Here's a look at some of the basics behind the border wall.
President Trump will begin rolling out executive actions on immigration Wednesday.

Where does it stand now?

The U.S. "border wall" is really a collection of walls, fences and other barriers that currently cover 652 miles of the 1,954-mile border with Mexico, according to the Government Accountability Office.

The wall is strongest along parts of the border that have large populations on both sides, such as San Diego and Tijuana. Each city runs right up to the border, so Department of Homeland Security officials have built up double and triple layers of fencing for 14 miles starting in the Pacific Ocean and heading east.

In other, more desolate parts of the border, there are only single fences or a variety of barriers, including iron vehicle barriers that people can easily walk past. Most areas have no fencing, but some are nearly impossible to cross, from the widest sections of the Rio Grande to deep canyons and treacherous mountains.
How much would it cost to finish?

Predictions have varied widely, but it will be expensive.

Trump took his own stab at the figure in February, telling MSNBC he could finish the wall for $8 billion. But most other estimates are far higher.

In 2015, Border Patrol officials said during a Senate hearing that the current 652 miles of wall had cost $2.3 billion. But that does not include increased costs for building across more difficult terrain or building the wall higher, as Trump has said he would do.

The Bernstein Research group conducted a study in July and estimated the total costs to be between $15 and $25 billion.

Can Trump finish the wall himself?

It's possible that Trump could kick-start some construction on his own.

When Congress passed the Secure Fence Act of 2000, it provided approval for up to 700 miles of fencing. With 652 miles currently built, that means Trump could try and build the remaining miles on his own.

But to build the additional 1,200 miles, he would need funding from Congress. GOP leaders in both chambers have said they would help Trump secure the border, but have not committed to funding the billions Trump needs.
Can he make Mexico pay for it?

Trump has repeatedly said that he would get Mexico to pay for the construction of the wall.

He said they would do so through a combination of factors, including increased fees and taxes to cross the southwest border, and withholding remittances that Mexican nationals in the U.S. send back to their families in Mexico. He could need congressional help there as well, as Congress would need to create a legal mechanism to withhold that much money. The plan could also face legal challenges.

But Trump recently changed his stance, tweeting last month that the U.S. "will be paid back by Mexico later!"

The new rates, announced on Jan. 9, would have gone into effect on Friday.

No. 1 Andy Murray knocked out of Australian Open in fourth round

MELBOURNE — World No. 1 Andy Murray was toppled by 50th-ranked Mischa Zverev of Germany 7-5, 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 in the Australian Open round of 16 on Sunday.

The left-handed Zverev was aggressive and fearless in the match, putting incredible pressure on Murray’s normally iron-clad defense throughout the 3 hour, 34 minute upset.

Zverev found his fortune by repeatedly moving forward in the court. Zverev won 65 of 118 points at the net, while Murray won 29 of 44 net attempts.

“Honestly I don’t know,” said Zverev, when asked how he pulled off the match. “I was in a little coma, serve and volleying my way through it. Everything just feels a little bit unreal.”

Election: coal mining town's fate hangs

Coal-mining town's fate hangs on Election Day

None of the yards have “I’m With Her” signs in this town of 10,000 in Colorado’s northwestern corner. The only Hillary Clinton sign you’ll see suggests she be imprisoned. Pick any controversy, and the folks in Craig can discuss it at length. The private email server. The Clinton Foundation. Benghazi. “She should be in jail,” says Brenda Anderson, a cleaner for the local health clinic. “It seems like the woman gets away with a lot.” But absolutely nothing gets residents here as riled up as a comment Clinton made on March 13 during a town hall discussion. Speaking about climate change, greenhouse gases and renewable energy, Clinton said something the people in Craig can’t forgive: “… we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business …” That comment came during a discussion about the importance of job retraining and helping coal miners learn skills for new jobs because the natural gas boom and efforts to fight climate change already are financially burdening coal mines. At this point, the shift away from fossil fuels and toward renewables seems all but inevitable.
